At week 38, after 6 months of treatment-free follow-up among ladies who did not go through hysterectomy or endometrial ablation, the regularity of nonphysiologic endometrial adjustments was low and equivalent in the three research groups ; all histologic specimens demonstrated benign endometrium, aside from one individual with simple hyperplasia.
