Dr. Beth Lown, an internist at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, was appointed medical director at The Kenneth B. Schwartz Center, a Boston-based nonprofit organization. The medical director position is part-time, so Lown will continue working as an internist at Mount Auburn Hospital and doing her own research and teaching.
