Alan Pflueger pleads not guilty to tax fraud, other charges
Alan Pflueger, son of James Pflueger and current owner of Pflueger Inc., have pled not guilty to charges of tax fraud and submitting a false income tax return in U.S. District Court. Two Pflueger employees, Randall Kurata and Julie Kam, also appeared in court and pled not guilty to the same charges. All three are free on $100,000 unsecured bail until their trial scheduled for Dec. 8, according to court documents. feeds.bizjournals.com |
